What is DEXA?

A DEXA scan is the world’s most accurate way of measuring body composition. It measures the exact amount of muscle, fat, and bone in your body. It has been used in healthcare settings since the 70s, but has exploded in popularity over the past 5 years within the longevity community.

How long is my appointment?

Your appointment will take roughly 30 minutes. 6 minutes for the scan, 15 minutes to chat about your results, and 10 minutes to chat about how you should be eating and exercising to improve your results.

How long does a DEXA scan take?

The full body composition scan will take just over 6 minutes

Why use a DEXA scan to measure my body composition?

The DEXA scan gives you objective data and information about your body composition. We use this information to design customized exercise and nutrition “A/B tests” to optimize your training.
