Yes — all Kalos services are HSA/FSA eligible.

Most members pay directly at checkout with their HSA/FSA card. If your card is declined, pay with any card and request an itemized receipt from us to submit for reimbursement. If your provider needs more, a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor or through TrueMed will do the trick.

We have three locations across the Bay Area: San Francisco, Palo Alto, and San Jose (Pruneyard). All locations offer the same scan experience with the same analyst-led consultation.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing without metal (zippers, underwire, belt buckles). Leggings and a t-shirt work great. We have a changing area if needed.

Kalos is open to adults 18 and older. Unfortunately we're unable to scan anyone under the age of 18.

The Premium Duo scan is built for couples. You both come at the same time and you’ll each get a full DEXA scan plus a 20-minute interpretation session. It's $69 per person instead of $74, so you save a few dollars and get the same expert guidance.
